Полиуретанови леярски смоли

Polyurethane Casting Resins are used for creating durable, high-strength and impact-resistant parts and prototypes with excellent mechanical properties and abrasion resistance simulating the properties of  commonly used thermoplastics. In some cases these resins are able to outperform or create additional benefits, with significant savings in production time and avoid the need of traditional tooling equipment.

These resins are easy to cast, making them ideal for various applications, including automotive components, consumer goods, electronics, aircraft interior components and industrial parts.

Key Features:

  • Easy to use: fast and economical production of plastic parts.
  • Very wide range of mechanical properties: simulation of commonly used thermoplastics.
  • Very wide range of hardnesses: from 30 Shore A up to 85 Shore D.
  • Impact resistance: high toughness and impact resistance typical for polyurethane resins.
  • Abrasion resistance: outstanding wear and abrasion resistance
  • Plastic parts production: short to medium series functional plastic parts.
  • Flexible parts: rubber-like parts and seals with hardness ranges from 30 Shore A up to 65 Shore D.

Applications:

  • Design and styling studies: Ideal for visual and functional prototypes.
  • Transparent applications: flexible or rigid impact resistant automotive transparent parts.
  • Automotive components: chemically and thermally resistant, UL94V0 certified.
  • Aircraft components: selfextinguish properties, FAR25 certified.
  • Food and beverage contact: specific certified product for food and beverage contact.
  • Electronics and medical equipment: Ideal for wear-resistant short series plastic components.
  • Architectural models: Perfect for detailed building prototypes.
